Zeta 654 – Block Loader

The  Zeta 654 is specialized in the insertion of single–sided wire harnesses and is used in combination with the Zeta 633 base machine. This machine is especially characterized by a high degree of automation and the reliable insertion process.

The Zeta 654 inserts one-sided wire harnesses with different wire ends as e.g. flag connectors and contacts with sleeves. The machine is used in combination with the flexible Zeta 633 base machine. Additionally, the insertion of single and multi row housings is possible. By precentering the contacts, a reliable and precise insertion is guaranteed. By means of centering grippers, the contact can be centred and optionally rotated. The housings are feeded automatically and can be refilled without any process interruption. An integrated force sensor performs force monitoring throughout the entire insertion process and enables a high insertion quality. Operation of the Zeta 654 is via the slide console of the Zeta 633 with the user software TopWin.
