bt 188 – Twister

Introduction

The bt 188 twists two preprocessed wires that have undergone different wire end processes. Thanks to Komax's expertise from the Alpha 488 and the mature twisting processes, the bt 188 guarantees excellent twisting quality at an unbeatable price.

Function

Final length, pitch length and wire cross section are entered from the OMI and saved in the wire list, thus enabling precise reproduction. The process parameters stretching force, turning speed, overtwist and many else can also be set. This enables a controlled twisting process to be achieved. The twisting process starts after wires have been manually placed in the hold grippers. When this process is completed, the twisted wires are laid in the deposit tray.
