Introduction
The strip coiler/decoiler SH 210/ SH 220/ SH 230 satisfies all the functions and requirements of a demanding strip feed and take-off unit for automatic production and assembly machines.
It handles your high quality strips safe and with maximum care. Strip slack as well as strip elongation are controlled by the integrated PLC which actively communicates with your assembly system. To avoid unnecessary stress to your high quality strip, the new Komax coiler/decoiler family has a frequency controlled rampup – rampdown drive.
Your finest paper interlayer is reusable, because of the speed and torque controlled paper rewinder.
To precisely adapt your decoiler to your requirements, several options are available.
